In this class you will come to really understand stress , how it shows up in your life and receive life enhancing techniques to manage it in your life.
We will explore :
What stress is – the science, the benefits of a state of stress, the problems of a state of stress.
An increased awareness of your symptoms of stress.
The effects of stress- physiological, emotional, mental and potential impact in your life.
Stress management techniques – breathing, muscle relaxation, meditation, prayer, music.
Life Management- a simple cognitive system to recognise stressors in your life.
